These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Time Tracker On (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent.

The Service

Time Tracker On is time-tracking software for multi-person teams, with an optional integration to QuickBooks Online. Depending on your plan, the Service includes weekly timesheets, approval workflows, PTO management, reporting, and QuickBooks Online sync.

Accounts and roles

Your company's Company Admin controls who has access to your account and what role (Company Admin, Manager, or Employee) each person holds. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

Plans and billing

Starter is free, with no time limit, for companies of up to 5 users. Pro and Enterprise plans are billed per seat as described on our Pricing page. Selecting or changing a plan submits a request that is reviewed by our team before it becomes active; we'll notify you once it's approved or if it's rejected. We reserve the right to adjust pricing going forward, with notice to active accounts before it applies to them.

Your data

You retain ownership of the timesheet, project, and company data you put into the Service. If you connect QuickBooks Online, you're granting Time Tracker On permission to read and write the specific QuickBooks record types described in our QuickBooks Online Integration page, for as long as the connection stays active. You can disconnect QuickBooks Online at any time from Company Settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access data belonging to another company, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it to violate applicable law.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features or these Terms over time; continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Time Tracker On isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including errors in payroll or invoicing calculations that originate from data entered by you or your team.
